How you can help:
We urgently need volunteer help
in the 2 following areas:
- For a couple hours a month, or more, collecting cans from our local collection bins in and around Thunder Bay and to be dropped
off at our local sorting yard. - For 2 hours a week or more in our yard to clean and sort donated aluminum cans.
Our Mission
We are a non-profit organization that collects aluminum cans for recycling then donates ALL of the resulting profits to charities in the Thunder Bay and surrounding area. Our mandate is to provide needed funds to local charities that will guarantee the use of 100% of our donation for the direct benefit of our community. We continually strive to be a reliable and reputable source of assistance to local charities.
This is an image of one of our bins that is available in well over 100 locations around the city and area.
Anyone is welcome to drop their aluminum cans into any bin. Our volunteers collect the cans on a regular basis.
We can always use more help! Please contact us if you can volunteer a couple hours a month or more.
